First connect database server and select database which you want to backup database and right click on the database, then go to tasks => Export Data-tier Application as bellow one

When click on Export Data-tier Application
"Instruction" popup window will expose, then click next button

Then sql server expose
"Export setting" window, there give location for save database backup using browse button. then click next button.
